and convenient installation. It is widely used in fluid control systems of petroleum, chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical,

papermaking, construction, etc., for remote centralized control or local control. According to user needs, this pneumatic

butterfly valve can be equipped with travel limit switches, indicators, air source triplets, etc. It uses compressed air as

power (air source pressure 0.4-0.7MPa), and drives the butterfly disc to rotate 90° in the valve body through the valve

stem to achieve full-open to full-closed actions.

Product features:

This valve adopts a double-eccentric structure, featuring a sealing function that tightens as it closes, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
The sealing pair materials are selected as stainless steel and nitrile oil-resistant rubber, offering a long service life.
The rubber sealing ring can be positioned on either the valve body or the butterfly disc, adapting to media with different characteristics for user selection.
The butterfly disc uses a frame structure, providing high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
The overall baking finish effectively prevents corrosion, and by only replacing the sealing seat material, the valve can be applied to different media.
This valve has a bidirectional sealing function, allowing installation in any direction without being restricted by the media flow direction or spatial position.
